Welcome to RingRouteUSA. These terms govern your use of our AI phone answering service. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. Plain English version: pay your bill, don't break the law with our service, and we'll both be fine.
1. The service
RingRouteUSA provides AI-powered phone call answering. You configure how the AI handles incoming calls; we provide the platform that executes it. Specific features available depend on your plan tier (see pricing).
2. Your account
- You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your business to these terms.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You're responsible for what the AI says on your behalf (you configured it).
- Don't share your account with people outside your team or use it for businesses other than the one registered.
3. Payment
- Monthly billing, charged in advance. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, but no penalties either.
- Overflow minutes (above your plan cap) billed at $0.08/min.
- Failed payments: we'll attempt to retry for 7 days, then suspend service. Notify us at hello@ringrouteusa.com if you need an extension.
- Annual prepay (15% discount) available — non-refundable for the prepaid period after the first 14 days.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use RingRouteUSA to:
- Make unlawful calls (TCPA violations, illegal robocalls, scams).
- Impersonate another business or government entity.
- Send spam or harass anyone.
- Process data you don't have the legal right to process.
- Resell the service to third parties without a written reseller agreement.
We may suspend or terminate service for any of the above, with as much notice as we reasonably can give.
5. Your data and content
- You own your data and your callers' data.
- You grant us a limited license to process that data only as needed to deliver the service.
- We do not use your call data to train shared AI models.

6. Service availability
- We target 99.9% uptime on Professional and Enterprise tiers.
- Essentials has best-effort uptime.
- Planned maintenance announced 48 hours in advance when possible.
- If we miss our uptime target in a billing month on Professional or Enterprise, you get a pro-rated credit on request.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as-is". We don't warrant that the AI will handle every call perfectly. AI is a tool — humans (you and your team) are still responsible for the outcomes of calls. We strongly recommend reviewing call transcripts regularly, especially in the first 30 days, to catch and correct any script issues.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
8. Termination
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@ringrouteusa.com.
- We can terminate for cause (acceptable-use violations, non-payment after the grace period) with reasonable notice.
- On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted (unless legal retention requires longer).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to active customers by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Pasco County, Florida, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
